Welcome to the Food Manager Classes service for food managers employed within the State of Connecticut. This food managers training course is for any food service manager who needs training to obtain a certificate in order to work in a retail food establishment, or any individual who desires food manager training. This course is available in the State of Connecticut for educational purposes only and has been designed for those who want the best training in the least amount of time.

This course is self-paced. At any given point, users may stop and/or start the training material. When ready, come back to this site and log in with your username and password. The exam must be completed at the time you begin it.

Food Manager Course - This food manager course will take you through the fundamentals of food safety training to help you obtain your food managers card, license, permit or certificate. Once the course has been completed, you should have a good understanding of what foodborne illness is, how it is caused, and what you can do to help prevent it from occurring.

Once the course is successfully completed, you will be able to immediately print a certificate of completion for your records.

The Food Manager Classes training course for the State of Connecticut will also help prepare you for the National Food Protection Manager Certification exam. Please note that the course exam provided by this site is not a substitute for taking one of the four nationally accredited exams provided by NRFSP, Prometric, ServSafe, and 360training.
